NewsBlog has exclusively obtained photo from Ebonyi state where traders ignored Governor David Umahi and observed sit-at-home order by IPOB as members in order to remember fallen Biafran heroes.
This came after the governor of the state warned that anybody who locks his shop will loose it forever.
